We Accept Delta Dental Insurance
We will also work to submit to ANY PPO plan
We only accept Delta Dental Premier or Clear Plan
We do not accept Medicare and Medicaid
If you have an HMO
We are not a participating provider with any HMO plan.
For these plans you must use a participating In-network provider only.
If you have a PPO Plan
You have the right to choose any provider you wish.
However, costs may vary from In-Network vs. Out of Network.
We are an out of Network provider.
What does this mean?
You may still come to our practice. We will submit your bill to your insurance company.
Any charges not covered by the insurance company will be your responsibility.
Example:
Dental Charges= $100
Insurance pays= $50
Your Responsible to pay = $50.
